Coming north or south on I-94: Turn east on Route 120 to Waukegan.

Stay on Hwy 120 until you reach Lake Michigan.  Turn left (North) on Pershing Road.  Follow the signs to the harbor.  Entrance to C dock is between the Hot Dog Stand and the Harbor House
